Both my girls have their own favorite places to do homework and studying. I like for my youngest to do her homework at the kitchen table so I can be available to help when needed, and now that Hailey is older she likes to do her homework in her room. They both have Adgendas for communication between parents and teachers and it is also a place for them to record homework and up comming quizes. Their teachers also communicate thru E-mails I think it is terrific to be in touch with your childs teacher, especially
as they get into older grades as kids can be less likely to talk much about what is going on in the school at home.
