Janelle Sorensen is the Senior Editor and Outreach Strategist for Healthy Child Healthy World. Prior to this position she worked for nearly a decade as an independent consultant for a variety of environmental organizations, government offices, schools and parent groups across the country on projects relating to reducing exposure to toxic chemicals in everyday products and reforming environmental policies. She is passionate about creating a healthier environment, not just at home for her own children, but for everyone’s children. She has quite a few other passions as well, including spending time with her husband and sweet little girls, cooking, gardening, reading, biking, hiking, crafting, laughing, working on her Master’s Degree, and trying to keep up with social media and e-advocacy.
