Yoga for Mommies-to-Be

The Make and Take blog asks, “Are you a yoga mama?”. Written by Sabrena (who just welcomed baby Holden to the world the article talks about her initial skepticism about yoga and her eventual realization that “Yoga has saved me through my pregnancy.”

Dr. Greene and I think that pre-natal yoga can decrease the chances of developing hypertension and low birth weights. And, as stated in Raising Baby Green yoga is a metaphor for raising baby green, “with its emphasis on harmony and balance.”

    after enrolling on a Yoga Class, i am not stress free and is more relaxed than ever. Yoga is really very helpful both in physical and mental health.
