Our staff writer Beth had a friend snap this picture of her wearing her purple socks… on her hands!
Beth said her thigh-high, tie-dyed purple socks were too fabulous to be worn under jeans, so she slipped them over her hands and up her arms.
She told me, “It was kind of tough holding the coffee cup with the socks over my hands, but I created quite a stir in my little coffee shop. I told all my friends about Purple Day!”
